That will teach me to check the forum before I update!
I saw patch 1.65, downloaded it and found myself locked out of Undermountain.
Fortunately, those nice folks at Bioware have another patch (less than 2MB) which will restore version 1.64. It worked for me so if anyone else jumps straight into 1.65 you won't have to reinstall NWN or wait for Z to install the new patch before playing again.
