I killed all six!

Then I went and spoke to Thaldorn and killed him then I went up onto the roof of the building when I came back down Thaldorn had resurrected himself along with all of the items I've looted from the desks and wardrobes...giving me the same exact copies of the items I've already taken from there in the first place? Will this effect the ending of the game? or just don't worry about it?
