I know Z is working on adding a HEAP of new stuff to Undermoutain so that could be it.

When you reloaded was your character back in the Inn or where you left him ?

Could of been a server reboot before your .bic file was updated. in these cases send a PM to Z. Sometimes he can restore your character or even replace some of the lost stuff if it was really valuable.
