Well, there are many novels that are writen, that tell tales of Drizzt's exploits and adventures. If you go
here, the official website of the author of the novels. You should be able to find out quite abit.
Other games he has been in are Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn, Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance (PS2 and Xbox) and Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II (also PS2 and Xbox)
