I am using a level 5 fighter/level 5 thief. She cannot even disable a trap for some reason. She has very basic gear for her level with nothing special about them. When I saw my short sword doing nothing to harm the bone golem, I retreated into some drow that shot me up. I quickly ran all the way back to the portal. Lucky for me, I am using a beautiful lady that could not be turned down for request to come back out of the well by the Patrons of the tavern. Man...I still remember the sad ending to that one dude in the Prologue of the book.
