search for the new location of the portals on level 3 they are there, they are just hard to find say's Ziroc. He said you will have to search in and behind everything and do the quests on lvl 3 in order to find the secret to open the secret door to the transport room.
He made it so the ubers would have to role play in order to get there too. No more blasting past all of us in order to lay waist to the lower levels. When they find out they can't just run down to the bottom maybe they will not come back!!
