I just got back from a minor session and I bring bad news, it is not fixed.
The good news is, that the guy that fell victim to the bug survived.
As for the warping bug, I was fighting a skeleton warrior inside the hollow tree stump and puff, I was back where we once faught the greater bone golem. (and so was the skeleton warrior) I decided to just quit after that.
The second time it happened I don't remember the details except it was on level 2.
