Ah I finally got 1.21 to work!!!!!!! I upgraded ZoneAlarm Pro as advised on the Bioware self help tech support forum. So to answer your ?, 1.21. The mod wont even show up on the list unless your upgraded to 1.21. I couldnt tell you why you got that message unless the mod is full or offline, but Im not computer whiz either.
