I think your first bug was probably a build thing, if you don't have the Ambidexterity, Two weapon fighting feats. I'll look into the the transitions though.
If you're talking about inside the keep, that part isn't finished yet. Sorry, I've been jumping around trying to keep enough stuff done to keep people playing.
