Well, you'd have a long wait for DD. That needs a BAB of +7, which wizards don't reach until L14, so you couldn't take DD until L15. You could then take six levels of DD, giving you three attacks per round, which is all you would have, because attacks per round freeze at L20.
If you're playing the OC or SoU, ths is not worth doing, because you won't get very high. Only in HOTU can you reach epic levels where something like this might be useful.
I suggest getting Chewy's Novice to Epic character maker from the vault, and playing around with builds in there. That will give you some idea of the viability of the build.
