Well I think a Paladin with levels of Champion of Torm is a pretty safe bet. CoT gives pleanty of feats and some nice bonuses that work well with Paladin. As for exact design, I really don't like to plan out a character too far in advance since it tends to dimish the role-playing experience, at least IMHO.
