In No Mans Land, Black Lake, kill Loxar (the half orc evil guy) and find some on his corpse. This guy is tough so prepare well.
I think there's also some on the corpse of Montgomery "Sureshot" Wheatherson in the Blacklake zoo area. You can also bully Oleff after completing his quest and he will give you some too.
