Epic "spells" are actually obtained by adding Epic Wizard FEATS. They do not appear in your spell book and are activated off the quick slot menu by dragging and dropping them. These Epic "Spells" do require high spellcraft but I believe it is your BASE spellcraft skill that counts and not your spellcraft after items or stats are figured in. I could be wrong about this, but I believe that you can still obtain these as long as your base spellcraft skill meets the minimum requirements AND you have achieved EPIC level as a wizard (lvl 21), even if you level in another class. Since spellcraft is a cross class skill for an arcane archer, you should be able to continue to increase your base spellcraft to meet the requirements for some, if not all, of the Epic spells.

The best way to test this out would be to use a "leveler mod" on your character and see what happens.

Hope this helps.
