If you mean that shield like thingie below your username with the words 'Elite Waterdeep Guard' written over it, it's your avatar and it changes as your post count rises.

If you mean the pictures below the posts, like andrewas' with the skull and the axes, that a sig picture and to add one simply type [IMG] XXXXX[/IMG] where the XXXXX is the URL of the picture you want to add. Put this line where you wrote your sig (blood in the streets....).

Note that there's a space between [IMG] and the first X, it shouldn't be there, I just added it to illustrate how you place an image.

Edit: The image has to be uploaded to use it.
