I've putzed with all of them to one degree or another, and my editorial on the classes can be found here:

But which do I actually like the best? Well for sheer FUN its tough to beat the Shifter. I mean, don't like one type of character then why not play another? And that Drow Commando can really dish out the damage with incredibly high magic resistance levels...

The Shadowdancer/Rogue is a lot of fun to..

But still, what does it for me is my Monk/Sorceror/RDD. Nothing like obliterating 20 opponents at a time in an all-out melee with arms, legs, and wings flailing about. (or bitch-slaping a Dragon into submission for that matter..) This combination I call my Dread Lord class.
