SO many questions ...

let's see -

(1) NO. Unless your character is ALREADY suffering an xp from a multi clas condition, the prestige classes do NOT induce a xp penalty.

(2) TOTALLY dependent on the targets saving throws. some monsters are immune.

(3) Good question .. don;t know the answer to that one.

Can't answer 4 thru 6 as i haven;t played the PrC's in question

(7) IIRC, YES.
