Hello all- I'm at the Pinnacle of the Arcane Tower. Question is do I have to go to a certain level first before whatever happens on top will happen? I've wandered around the whole level, going into Maugrim's lair, coming up to the gate where I can SEE Aribeth and a whole lot of bad people. I just can't get to them. Anything more I'm missing?
