Micah mentioned something important; most problems I've heard about is about crashes while playing multiplayer. Make sure to check the 'Comments' section of the modules' page before you use it for MP, as any crashes would be mentioned here by those who have tried.

Any single player problems, on the other hand, I haven't encountered yet, but perhaps I've just been lucky this far.
