What kinda strikes me as odd is a half-orc with a charisma of 16. Well, I suppose if raised in the right environment his charm could overpower his looks.

Well well, just remember that my character doesnt know
anything about Bhaal yet. He has studied remember, he has spent the first x number of years in candlekeep. He also needs a lot of charisma if he is to overcome his problem of people hating him for what he looks like.
