i upgraded to IE 6 and then it happened. I restored to IE 5 now but I still can't access it. I always went via www.nwvault.com but your links don't work neither

it says:

Can't find server or DNS-error

last time i had a dns error i had to format my computer but it affected all the internet then, now it seems to only be the NWVault. Does anyone know how I can fix this. I can ping to the address, i set all security to lowest ad tried everything the error page gave as possible solutions, why can't I go there?
