Scythe....definitly Scythe.
If you want to spend more feats on two weapon fighting style (two weapon, ambidexterity, improved two weapon) then I'd say scimitar. The forged scimitar in this game (and its forged upgrade latter on in the game) is excellent and the threat range on criticals is also excellent.
