Snow Globe. Switch it so that the dwarves are the bad guys, then send your warrior type (even if just a summon) to stand next to the portal where they spawn. Just keep hacking away; they are immortal, so every time you kill one (and get xp) the next one spawns out of the portal. Best bet is to get one of the items that give high damage reduction versus normal weapons and the ring of (lesser) power for the regeneration. For dramatic effect, I run around them so that my back is to the cliff edge right behind the portal. I can hear Sharwyn's tale already ("he stood on the edge of the cliff, facing the unending onslaught of evil..."). If you get both of the items above, then when you face them only the boss dwarf will damage you on anything but a critical, and the regeneration will handle the rest. I literally left the game alone while I watched TV, then every time I heard the sound of the "level up" I went back and leveled up real quick.
