There are compatibility problems with them.
However....check out
www.plaguezone.com for the BP-BGT-NEJ thread. Basically combines BGT (self explanatory), BP (which itself combines The Darkest Day, Tortured Souls and Shadows over Soubar), and NEJ (which runs you through about half the IWD plot).
