Sharwyn, followed by Grimgnaw. Sharwyn I think has the coolest story out of the henchmen, and as a bard she can do a little of everything, especially if you have the mod that allows you to script their actions. Grimgnaw is just the most effective combatant out of the henchmen, especially at higher levels.
