You do realize you can make your own module, fill it with high experiance monsters that only have 1 hp and a vast susceptability to magic missiles, and load the place up with magic missile wands, and any other equipment your charactar would like to have.
Since the charactar has not been edited, it is technically "legit" and thus you can import it into chapter 2 (which I assume you completed if you're trying to get to act 3) , rip through those quests, and then go to chapter 3 normally...
