have you tried learning scripting yourself? it's not that hard and you'll probably be able to write those scripts you want soon. the nwnlexicon has a very good tutorial in it (the one by celowin)

also if you can script a bit everything will be going much quicker since you can do most of itself and/or better explain or give the script you already have so others can more easily make it as you wnat it to be
