No they would send you the cd-key with that copy. There's no piracy to this as it's a legitimate sale and all the customer rights are transferred to you through Ebay's buying/selling license and the cd-key is now yours to use.

If your asking could they use it well then yes they could but they would'nt have a game left to use it with!

And yes I wanna t-shirt too

Seen that on e-bay also.
