BG City doesn't have named "districts" like the major city in BG2 does, just the 9 map areas that they had to divide the city into. A nice overhead view of the entire city can be found here, just right-click on the background and say "Save Background As." Of course, there are no labels or anything on the buildings, so you can either wait from somebody nice to link you to a site that has the same image with the names written in, or take note of the fact that most retail copies of the game include a handsome map of the city, drawn by Volothamp Geddarm. (Note: Volothamp's version of the map contains an error, as the Blade and Stars Inn is in the wrong place. It is said this was done intentionally, as a way to get back at the Inn for their percieved poor service.)

[ADD:] Oh yeah, the best way to keep track of the dozens of quests that come flying at you in BG City is to be aware that each of them is noted down in your Journal. USE IT! You'll quickly go insane if you don't. Also (it's very easy to miss this), each Chapter of the game has its own page in your Journal, and you can fip back & forth between them by clicking on the little arrowheads. [/ADD]
