Played through with a half orc barbarian first time, and found that I pretty much plowed through everything towards the end.
Right now I'm trying a half orc barbarian/druid as a shaman if you will. I always wanted to try a sorceror or mage, but I found in BGI (mage only) and BGII I kept getting my a@@ handed to me early on in the game and found it very difficult to progress in levels. I don't know, maybe I didn't have the right spells?
