I set up a dual weld spot (hand axe & small hammer) in my quickslots. After using it and then switching to something else, the dual weld quickslot only contains the main weapon?!?!? The off hand item is missing from the quickslot. It can be reloaded into the slot, but disappears after switching to something else.
This happened with my sword and shield setup also.
I have not noticed it lately because I basically stick with my greataxe, but after seeing the post about the disappearing necklace, it made me wonder.
Was this a known problem that was fixed with a patch?
Does/did it exist, or am I just imagining things again?
