Hope you like NWN when you get it, here are a few answers:
1)The dragons dont have an elvish/human form
2)You can place ships on lakes. But not oceans. Only on rural, and city can you have them though.
3)Yes, you can. You have to do it in conversation, Text appear when, and then, Player is certain race.
4)No, there isnt an over all map. You only move from area to area, via one area. So like if you want to go to lets say, a town, and you are in another town, you have to go on the road conecting them first.
