Ah, been there. If you're going to be a Paladin/Sorcerer you must be willing to give up things from one class to utilize the majority of strengths from the other.

And that ends up meaning dropping Paladin levels/abilities. Simply because you won't have any need for a 16/4 Paladin/Sorceror. Just has no offensive magic to speak of.

You'll need to do what I vaugely remember doing. Something like a Paladin/Sorceor 3/all-the-rest. Also, I exported and re-imported my character to get "extra" experience. (And gold & magic.)

Anyway, it was an interesting experience. Went up there with the Cleric/Monk, the Mage/Thief, Cleric/Thief, Cleric/Druid, Cleric/Ranger, Cleric/Paladin, Paladin/Monk, Sorceror/Bard, Bard/Thief, Cleric/Bard... [img]smile.gif[/img]

(I did a WHOLE LOT of combination characters - some were just one-chapter tests, others played through most of the game.)
