Definetly check out Neverwinter Vault for mod description, ratings and availability. There are quite a few goods ones out there to play.
I have throughly enjoyes the Penultima series, Curse of the Azure Bonds, and the Pool of Radience mods. These are just a few of the lengthy mods that are out there.
You may be overwhelmed by the amount of mods on this site, over 1000. So, I recommend grabbing a few of the most popular ones to try out, the just grab what tickles your fancy and try them out.
It is very easy to install/uninstall the mods. Just put them in the mod directory, and when finished with them, just delete the mod from the directory...
