The chest has a dc of 34 for the trap and the lock. Tomi at lvl 8 couldn't do it. My pixie familiar is level 9 and was able to disarm the trap, but I had to possess her in order to make her unlock the chest. Tomi at lvl 9 might be able to do it, but I don't think you can be level 10 by now.
