Yes they do. I know in chapter 3 I could buy +3 weapons/armour/amulets etc, can't remember about chapter 2. But also you'll find lots of good weapons in these chapters as well, merchants generally only sell weapons that are say +2 with no extras, weapons you find have extras like fire damage and such which is better [img]smile.gif[/img]
