[/QUOTE]Hey, you paid the money for the game (you do need the code to multi-play at the very least). You should get enjoyment out of the game. Don't worry about it. Besides, whether you "cheat" the main game or not, there are many modules out there that you can play through "legal" if you want. Yes, you can use that same module I put the link up to get gold (it creates gold for your character so that you can "buy" the items you want in the store (cool +5 longsword and a lot of other good stuff - ring of regeneration anyone?) Be careful how you level up though. You have to select your skills/feats/attributes per level, so if you want to be serious - I wasn't so made a thief that couldn't pick locks. LOL - then you will want to take a little time). If you decide to create a module, let us know when you are done. Always looking for some good action. Oh, and I found a God-smack campaign yesterday. I don't know if the server has to setup the INI file like you said, but the guy tweaked my character (raised me to 20th) and gave me a God-Smack weapon (+5 longsword that did around 50 hp - 150 hp). It was cool. I don't normally cheat in a game, but it was a good change of pace. I kept running away in fear (at first because my character was only 14th level) so he gave me a greater belt of guiding light (I didn't know there was this belt????) Anyways, I would have missed out on a memorable fight if it wasn't for that. I got to try out some stuff that I didn't have a chance to do before, like using Tenser's on my 14th level character and watch him do SERIOUS damage. Then when I was raised to 20th and given the new sword, to see the difference Tensers does (this actually LOWERED the damage I was doing) I thought it would ENHANCE the damage of the sword that I had, but I guess you get a different weapon when you become the mighty elf warrior)
EDIT: I just now found out that if you turn off enforce legal when you multi-play, that it will allow you to keep whatever henchman was hired before. I was wondering about that. I've been going the whole game without a henchman because I play multi and whenever I go back online it will tell me that I was hired by someone else or if I am in single will start attacking me. Very disappointing to say the least. Now my henchman is cool with me. Oh yeah, baby!!!!!! It's time to rock the world.
