I haven't seen this yet. There are game balance issues according to the Epic Level Handbook that just came out recently. It is basically stating that if your epic character goes against another epic character, that you may never hit something or possibly always hit it (whether you were PC or NPC). They have changed it to add EPIC abilities and feats instead. There is still some REGULAR advancements, but not the regular to hit and saving throws stuff. There was a cap put in on how many attacks / level you could do as they were saying that each attack after the first has a negative modifier added / multiplied by the number of attack. Essentially stating that you would not hit after the 4th attack. Also, to speed up gameplay (as you have to roll for each attack in PNP which can be time consuming). You basically make up your own spells and stuff too by using SEEDS of already existing spells. You may be able to cheat the game into advancing further levels, but the game itself was not really designed to do that and you may come into playability issues. Spell progression will not advance further either (no more spells than what you currently have.) You will be able to replace one of the spells you have with an epic spell later though. There are numerous changes that need to be made to add in epic stuff. I heard (though can't confirm) that this is being worked on for the game. You just need some patience.
