Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I cannot find the thread I was talking about, and I can only assume that the creator of it deleted it for some reason. However, our friend Hunter of Jahanna made a duplicate thread based on the same cheats...

As for the other question, there is a strategy guide that is full of spoilers about the game on sale. I bought it, but have only looked at the items that exist, located in the back of the book. There are many items that you are asking about,,,that gives you stat changes and stuff...but I'd have to be at home to list them for you.
