If you feel like it, you can also destroy some of the pawns - one a more serious note, I haven't found anything important about it. It seems Lady Tanglebrook and the Head Gaoler just liked playing a dangerous form of chess [img]smile.gif[/img]
You do get a twobladed sword +1 and some info out of it - so it isn't a waste of time.
