Ack... well it would be easiest to say that it is the hak file you used... even if it does normally work on some occasions something wrong happens etc.... BUT I was making a module and it crashed when I was in the middle of copy+pasting a few ballista's.... and when it came up to reload the lost module it started loading but then it said it was corrupt.... did your comp or toolset crash while you were making the mod? If so that COULD be the reason

And all I can say mate is that I hope you backed up your mod... otherwise youve been wasting your time

... AFAIK there is no way to bring back a corrupted mod
