Well I can tell you one thing. Morrowind looks a lot better that's for sure. But I can play NWN online with all my pals. Besides Morrowind has higher requirements or so I've heard, and i'm worried about my cpu running NWN. Morrowind sure looks cool though, and now i'm talking about gameplay. Neb worships the game, so i've heard a lot about it.
