ive just killed the yaun ti in the beggars nest district which was kinda cool and now ive gone back to explore what i missed , so on my venture i came to a warehouse , raided it and then into the basement right around there is a doorway blocked by electricity which i thought was kinda wierd it only blocks the way downstairs could someone tell me how to get past it as noone in town who ive asked knows anything about it -thanks-
