Lolth (human spelling, not drow) is a drow/elven god (she was actually banished from the elven pantheon and turned into a tannar'ri (demon) lord for trying to kill the leader of the elven gods (IIRC Correlon somethingorother), she is listed in the drow of the underdark, and the demihuman deity/monster mythologies books, (I can post the drow gods, but I don't have any other demihuman/monster gods)
BTW this is all second edition d&d stuff, not the new 3ed crap
the text before portfolio is a common nickname for the god, one or maybe two of them, such as Umberlee is called the bitch queen. the Portfolio is what the god is in charge of.
