You can change your stats using the console command line... Go to the official site for a list of the console commands...

There really is no need to import items to the game. You find good items all over the place, and boss chests are class specific item, ie items your character can use...

This is nice, for if you you a druid, you will find weapons and items that druids use, and not usless junk that you just sell. You find enough of that searching garbage, piles of skulls, barrel, etc
