Yes you can be interrupted... all that has to happen is a hostile come into you Line of Sight and you stop resting.

Oddly enough no game time passes except for the 30 seconds.... it doesnt progress in time a day or anything . But an interesting thing i found is that spells come back in levels. You 0 level spells come back before you are half way through resting, and so on.. so if you only want to recover your 2nd level spells you can rest till they come p then cancel the rest [img]smile.gif[/img] .... fun
