Stephenwil, remember this is an open forum. I don't believe you own your posts, so people can tack on additional questions.
If you've played a monk/wizard, you probably want to try something from the other end of the spectrum. I would recommend a fighter, paladin, or barbarian, and possibly mix in a few levels of rogue. Or go the other way, a rogue with a few levels of fighter. I prefer to play human for the bonuns skills and feats. Plus, the negatives for the other races seem a little heavy or in the wrong places.
