LZ is right, no stat rolling. You start out with 8 in all stats and 30 points to improve them, and as you get higher numbers it costs more to improve. Most of your stats are usually around 10 (the point where you get no penalties) with a couple leveled up to low and mid teens...My char for example had 14 str. 9 con. (was an elf) 19 dex. (elf) 11 wis. and 10 in the others.
