Can anyone help me out with the location of the Official Documents or the forged documents you need to complete Tomi's quest?
I thought I had explored everything in Chapter 1, but I've seemed to have missed it. I've completed the other henchmen quests, and finished Chapter 1, but I decided I wanted too come back and make sure I finished Tomi's first.
