You will not be able to run the game on the specs you quoted. The recommended specs are crap, and you should really get at least a 1.6 with 512 ram in order to play the game with ease.

I am using a 2.2 with 1 gig ram and a fairly decent graphics card and have had no problems at all running the game, even with everything turned on for high detail in the graphic department...

The sad thing about many of today's games is that you need to have a high end rig in order to fully enjoy the gameplay without crashes and low fps...
