Why would you want to do this?
The only reason that I can see is to play the single campaign on another computer at your last save point, which involves copying the saved games out of the "saves" folder under the main game folder.
If you're talking about playing your current character in someone elses game, they just have to have the "allow local characters" option selected. And you have export your character out of the single game using the "save character" button, or make sure you save whenever you leave a multiplayer game.
